Welcome to Sports Name Game ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Sports Bible Trivia LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sportsnamegame.com (the "Site") and the game it provides. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Service
Sports Name Game is a free, browser-based trivia game in which you name sports players to keep a chain going against a computer opponent. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may update or discontinue the Site without notice.
Who Can Use the Site
You may use the Site if you are at least 13 years old. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Accounts
- You can play as a guest, or create an account using a one-time code sent to your email or by signing in with Google. We never ask for or store a password.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the game or by contacting us.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site or its data.
- Submit content (such as player reports) that is abusive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
- Interfere with or attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or advertising.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who misuses the Site.
Player Names & Trademarks
Player names and related facts are used for informational and educational purposes only. Sports Name Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, or any of their teams, players, or organizations. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.
Advertising
The Site is free and supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Your use of advertising is also subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Site's design, logos, text, and original content are owned by Sports Bible Trivia LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, except as allowed by these Terms.
No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game data is complete or error-free, or that the Site will always be available, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Bible Trivia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is zero.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sports Bible Trivia LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
